On August 9, 2006, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Nigel Seepersad was shot multiple times after his wife pulled over on the side of Highway 189 Bypass, north of Warren. She told investigators that when she got out of the vehicle, two males approached them. She was unable to identify either suspect.
