The Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program (ARICAC) responds to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children in cooperation with local and Federal law enforcement agencies. This support encompasses forensic and investigative components, training and technical assistance, victim services, prevention and community education.”

The Arkansas State Police has been a part of the national ICAC Task Force since 2003. Criminal Investigation Division Commander, Major Stacie Rhoads, is the commander for the ARICAC, one of the 61 regional ICAC Task Forces in the US.
