Criminal Justice Agencies

The following information, relating to ACIC Workstations, is available for the law enforcement community.

The Audit Policy document is a detailed description of the entire audit process. Every criminal justice agency with records entered in ACIC/NCIC is audited a minimum of once every two years.

The Holder of Record Agreement is an agreement entered into between two agencies in which one agency will enter, update, and remove records for the other agency.

The System Service Agreement is an agreement between the Arkansas Crime Information Center and a criminal justice agency. The purpose is to specify the standards and responsibilities of both ACIC and the User Agency in the operation and use of ACIC services.
