NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) locations in Fulton, Greene, Madison, Marion, and Randolph counties will permanently close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9.
Two DRC locations will remain open in Benton and Baxter counties. They are located at:
Benton County – This center is open Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Baxter County – This center is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Residents of Baxter, Benton, Boone, Fulton, Greene, Madison, Marion, and Randolph counties impacted by the severe storm system on May 24-27 may seek FEMA assistance at any DRC.
Individuals do not need an appointment to visit a DRC.
DRC locations are accessible to people with disabilities or access and functional needs and are equipped with assistive technology. If you need a reasonable accommodation or a sign language interpreter, please call (833) 285-7448 (Press 2 for Spanish).
It is not required to visit the DRC to apply for assistance. You may also contact FEMA via phone at (800) 621-3362 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Help is available in most languages. Assistance is also available online at disasterassistance.gov or through the FEMA app.
