North Little Rock, Ark. – The Benton County Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will be moving to a new building on the Northwest Arkansas Community College campus in Bentonville.
Beginning Friday, July 26, 2024, the center will operate out of Room B103 in the Shewmaker Center for Workforce Technologies (Building 15). The address is:

Operations at the DRC will run Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will be closed on Sundays.
Arkansans in Baxter, Benton, Boone, Fulton, Greene, Madison, Marion, and Randolph counties, who were affected by the May 24-27, 2024, severe weather and tornadoes can meet one-on-one with staff at the DRC to apply for disaster assistance. Individuals do not need an appointment to visit the DRC.
The center will also be accessible to people with disabilities or access and functional needs and is equipped with assistive technology. If you need a reasonable accommodation or a sign language interpreter, please call (833) 285-7448 (Press 2 for Spanish). Interpreters will be on-site to assist Arkansans whose native language is Marshallese.
It is not required to visit the DRC to apply for assistance. Individuals may also contact FEMA via phone at (800) 621-3362 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. Help is available in most languages. Assistance is also available online at disasterassistance.gov or through the FEMA app.
