ACIC is in the Executive Branch of state government and operates under a director and a 14-member supervisory board. This board is authorized in Arkansas law (A.C.A. ß12-12-202 – 203) and is responsible for establishing the policies and rules governing the operation of the computerized system.
The ACIC Supervisory Board meets quarterly, in March, June, September and December on the first Friday of the month.
