SPRINGDALE, Ark. — The Arkansas Division of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (ADLEST) proudly announces the graduation of Class 2026-A from the Northwest Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA).
This class represents 35 cadets from 12 agencies who have successfully completed a rigorous training program designed to prepare them for the demands of modern law enforcement. Over the course of the academy, cadets were challenged physically and mentally, emerging ready to serve their communities with professionalism and integrity.
“These graduates have demonstrated the discipline, resilience, and character required to serve in today’s law enforcement profession,” said ADLEST Director Chris Chapmond. “They are stepping into a role that demands accountability, compassion, and courage, and we are confident they are prepared to meet that responsibility.”
Throughout their training, cadets received instruction in criminal law, defensive tactics, firearms proficiency, emergency response, and community-oriented policing, building a strong foundation for their careers.
“Our instructors have pushed these cadets to meet high standards, and they have risen to the challenge every step of the way,” said Clint Scrivner, NW ALETA Supervisor. “We are proud of their growth and the commitment they’ve shown to becoming capable and professional officers.”
