MORRILTON, Ark. — Former Conway County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) Deputy Joseph Taylor Dube, 34, entered a negotiated guilty plea to Rape on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, and was sentenced to 22 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, followed by an 8-year suspended imposition of sentence.

The Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division investigated the case at the request of the CCSO on March 22, 2025, after receiving a report alleging Dube sexually abused a minor.
