LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST) concluded its scheduled two-day hearing sessions held May 4-5, 2026, at the Arkansas State Police Administrative Headquarters in Little Rock.

During the meetings, the Commission reviewed four cases involving former West Memphis law enforcement officers, at the request of the 2nd Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney.

The commission nominated and unanimously voted to select Arkansas State Police Major Stacie Rhoads as Vice Chairman.

Contested Hearings:
Treasure Gaither – Decertified by unanimous vote
Stacey Allen – Decertified by unanimous vote
Mose Walker – Continued until August 11, 2026
Blake Forthman – Request for decertification denied by unanimous vote
