Pine Bluff, Ark. – Arkansas State Police investigators have identified the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a 19-year-old Bentonville woman late Wednesday, July 3, 2024, on Interstate 530 in Jefferson County.

Kalei Owen, 19, of Bentonville died after being struck on I-530 near exit 27 at about 10 p.m.

ASP Criminal Investigation Division Company B is investigating the incident.
