CARROLL COUNTY– Arkansas State Police (ASP) has arrested a former deputy with the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) on felony charges of Forgery, Theft of Property, and Tampering with a Public Record.
In March of 2022, ASP’s Criminal Investigation Division (CID) was contacted by Carroll County Prosecutor Tony Rogers who requested an investigation take place concerning CCSO Deputy Blake Ringberg, 53. During the investigation, Deputy Ringberg resigned from CCSO and is no longer employed as a law enforcement officer in the State of Arkansas.
On Thursday, December 14, 2023, ASP served an arrest warrant on Ringberg and took him into custody. He was transported to the Carroll County Detention Center.
