On October 6, 2018, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received a request for a welfare check at a Liberty Road home in Ozark. Upon their arrival, deputies found the deceased body of Elaine Kelley. An autopsy conducted by the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory determined that Ms. Kelley had been the victim of a homicide.
