Non-Commissioned Leadership Training Workshop

This workshop, to be offered twice, is open to all DPS supervisors. Its focus will be on understanding effective leadership traits and characteristics and effectively applying them within your leadership context.

Chris Clem, Ph.D., DPS Director of Research & Planning, and Eric Wacaster, DPS Chief Legal Counsel, will be joined by several guest speakers for workshop sessions.
