The WMD/Suspicious Package Response Flow Chart was developed to provide a standardized process for emergency management, dispatchers, first responders and HazMat Teams in response to a potential WMD/Suspicious package/substance. It provides basic information and a notification flow chart to be followed ensuring that the necessary responders are contacted in the event of a suspicious package/substance.
