The purpose of this website is to provide victims of sexual assault the ability to track the progress of their sexual assault evidence collection kit. Using this portal allows victims to enter a unique tracking number to see where their kit is and if forensic testing has been completed.

Below are links to resources that provide detailed instructions on how to handle a Sexual Assault Collection Kit all the way through completion of forensic testing. The instructions detail how the health care provider conducting the examination should register the kit prior to use, how to utilize the kit, the chain of custody once the kit is transferred to a law enforcement agency or the Crime Laboratory, kit repurposing, and how survivors can track the progress of their kit at any given time.
